Mansukh formed Aprirose in 1987. He oversees the UK asset management and is responsible for the general management and day-to-day running of the company.
Mansukh has developed many long-standing and close client relationships which he actively manages.
He has over 40 years' commercial experience and, prior to founding Aprirose, he successfully ran a number of different businesses. Mansukh qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1963.

Manish brings commercial and financial expertise to the team and is responsible for the acquisition process. He oversees the identification of new opportunities, the analysis and the financial strategy of these opportunities. His relationships with experienced investors and banks bring substantial advantage to Aprirose.
Prior to joining Aprirose in 1996, Manish trained as a Chartered Accountant and qualified with Ernst & Young's City of London office in 1996.

Vinay brings legal, commercial and financial expertise to the team. He is widely involved in helping to formulate and implement strategy, in the development of new client and industry relationships, including strategic joint ventures, in sourcing opportunities, in structuring and managing transactions and in the appointment and management of the external legal panel.
Vinay qualified as a lawyer in 1988, and was a partner in the City of London law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP where he ran the Aprirose relationship for some eight years before joining them in 2008.

Suraj is a City of London trained investment banker and brings financial expertise to his role. He identifies and undertakes financial analysis of new real estate opportunities. He also develops interest rate hedging strategies on new acquisitions in order to optimise investor returns.
In addition, Suraj is responsible for raising equity, predominantly from an expanding network of private individuals.
Prior to joining Aprirose in 2007, he worked for Credit Suisse's London office in Debt Capital Markets (investment banking) for 3 years. Suraj graduated from The University of Nottingham in 2004 with a First Class degree in Industrial Economics.

Bahar supports the acquisitions team and in addition brings legal knowledge to her role. She helps to oversee the legal process and documentation, assists in preparation for negotiation of legal documents on acquisitions, sales and property finance matters.
Bahar also undertakes and assists on financial analysis in relation to potential opportunities.
She joined Aprirose as a graduate in 2010 and has legal experience ranging from placements with City and West End law firms, to local government legal departments and an internship at an international think tank.

Dieter manages Aprirose's European investments (including investor reporting) and undertakes asset management of these properties in Europe. He is responsible for dealing with the banks, accounting, compliance and tax. He also deals with local property managers, auditors and tax advisors.
Prior to joining Aprirose in 2010, he was a Director at Treveria plc, working with the senior management team to develop and implement business strategy. Previously he was at Tishman Speyer Properties managing a wide portfolio of assets.
Dieter has a BA in Business Management specialising in Tax & Accounting and is a Certified Management Accountant. He is fluent in English, French, German and Dutch (his native language).

Andy is responsible for the strategic asset management of the UK Aprirose Portfolio.
He is also responsible for maximising investment returns from the portfolio, identifying commercial opportunities and reporting to clients, trustees and the board. He also has responsibility for general landlord and tenant practice including lease renewals, assignments, rent reviews, lettings, and managing external consultants. Andy supports the team on investment acquisitions, disposals and monitoring new developments.
Andy is an Associate Chartered Surveyor with a post graduate diploma in Surveying from Reading University and a Law and Economics degree from Oxford Brookes University. Prior to joining Aprirose, he was at the Ackerman Group of Companies a major property investment group specialising in commercial, retail and residential properties.

Hitesh's duties include preparing financial accounts of the Aprirose Group and offshore Client Companies.
Hitesh was Financial Accountant of a large in-bound tour operator in Nairobi, Kenya before joining Aprirose in 2000.

Sandip brings taxation and financial experience to the team. He is responsible for the general accounting, internal controls and taxation matters for the Aprirose Group as well as client companies
Prior to joining Aprirose in 2011, Sandip worked at I&M Bank Group, KPMG and Lonhro in Kenya. Sandip is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has a BA Honours degree in Economics.
