04 May 2016, London: Aprirose, the leading real estate investment company, has completed the sale of the European headquarters building of US multinational conglomerate 3M for £77 million to Greenridge.

The office building is 172,000 sq ft and is let to technology giant 3M. It is located on the Amen Corner Business Park in Bracknell, opposite Hewlett-Packard’s UK headquarters.

Manish Gudka, Chief Executive Officer, Aprirose, said that: “We are pleased to complete the sale of this asset to Greenridge. Our business model allows us to act quickly and nimbly when the right business case presents itself.

“We continue to look for the best investment opportunities for our clients throughout the UK as our £1bn property portfolio remains very diverse across a variety of asset classes and lot sizes.”

Bik Bhuptani, director at Greenridge, added: “The fact that we exchanged contracts on this acquisition within nine working days of agreeing the deal is a great testament to our internal and external professional teams.  Having acquired some £230m of stock since September 2015, we are targeting another £750m of acquisitions in the next 18 months.”
