15 March 2016, London: Aprirose, the real estate investment company, has appointed Rekha Toora as Senior Investment Manager and Jakub Hnatyszyn as Strategic Business Partner, to support the company’s growth and increasing portfolio activity.

Prior to joining Aprirose, Rekha worked at emerging market focussed institutional real estate investment firm, the Xander Group, in Singapore, where she specialised in capital raising activities and in her role as Board representative, maximising value in the credit platform.

Furthermore, as part of Aprirose’s wider strategic expansion, the company has moved offices to consolidate all staff from their two previous locations into one office at 20 Balderton Street, Mayfair.  Aprirose is actively recruiting senior staff to aid its expansion plans.

Gary Jones, Chief Operating Officer at Aprirose, said: “Rekha and Jakub will complement the skilled and experienced team we have at Aprirose.  As the company explores new opportunities in the market, their experience and knowledge will be a great asset in providing support and identifying future investment prospects for the company, as we continue to increase our diverse portfolio.

“The office move is a sign of our expanding team and business model that is now allowing us to have our professional team together in the ideal locations.  It is an exciting time for the company as we look to continue to build the team with highly qualified professionals, which will help take the business forward in today’s market place.

“Rekha will bring her international experience in finance and real estate deal structuring and financial management to Aprirose.  She will help boost portfolio performance by identifying opportunities to create value in deals.”
