Philip Ross joins Aprirose from JLL, where he was Senior Surveyor – Property & Asset Management. Prior to that Philip worked at David Brown, Churchgate Premier Homes, and GVA. Manish Gudka, CEO at Aprirose, said: “As Aprirose continues to grow we look to make strategic senior hires with expertise and skills that support our nimble and dynamic business. Both Richard and Philip will bring experience and market know-how and provide further support, as we seek to increase and manage our diverse real estate portfolio.
“The Brexit vote has led to some market uncertainty, with investment in real estate slowing, however, we see this as a period of great opportunity. We are a stable, well financed and mature company with strategies in place to invest in the right properties in the right locations. We continue to identify the best investment opportunities for our clients throughout the UK, as we look to significantly increase the size of our £1bn property portfolio.”
