Mansukh Gudka


As Chairman, Mansukh focuses on strategic matters, overseeing the business and setting high governance standards. He plays a pivotal role in fostering the effectiveness of the leadership team. He has developed long-standing global relationships with high-net-worth and family office investors and actively manages key relationships.

Manish Gudka

Chief Executive Officer

Manish is responsible for managing strategic relationships with Aprirose’s key investment clients and banking partners. He plays a lead role in identifying new opportunities and the acquisition process. Manish brings over 20 years’ experience within real estate to the business, adding significant commercial and financial expertise.

Meenal Devani

Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer

Meenal oversees the management of the business and is also responsible for deal origination, selection and execution. Prior to joining Aprirose, Meenal held senior roles investing in real estate at KKR and London & Regional Properties. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.

Ari Boyd

Finance Director

Ari is responsible for the finance function at Aprirose and also oversees transactions, debt financing and hedging arrangements. Ari is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience covering real estate private equity and property investment and development. He has over £4bn of cross-border transactional experience in the UK and Europe including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, debt financing, tax and corporate structuring Ari Previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield, Ernst & Young and most recently Zenprop UK Management Services LLP where he was a partner and CFO.

Suraj Shah

Head of Capital Raising

Suraj is responsible for equity raising from high net worth and family office investors who are located across numerous jurisdictions, including Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. Prior to joining Aprirose, Suraj spent 5.5 years in the Debt Capital Markets team at Credit Suisse in London. He holds a First Class Honours Degree in Industrial Economics at the University of Nottingham.

Richard Hughes

Head of Asset Management

As Head of Asset Management Richard is responsible for the Asset Management team, including managing the current portfolio, development and new acquisitions across multiple sectors of real estate. Richard's prior 35 years of experience across all aspects of real estate includes Edinburgh House, Blackstone and McArthur Glen.

Ying Fahrholz

Investment Director

Ying joined Aprirose in 2021. She is responsible for origination and execution of new real estate investments. Ying was previously a Director in the Real Estate & Leisure Corporate Finance team at EY, advising clients on M&A, strategy and capital raising. Ying started her career at UBS Investment Banking in the Leisure M&A and UK Corporate Debt Capital Market teams.

Aprirose takes an innovative and creative approach to delivering value from real estate. This has led to the investment in a number of operating platforms to manage specialist segments of the Aprirose portfolio. 

Almarose Hotels & Resorts is the hotel management arm of Aprirose, which was formed following the acquisition of QHotels. Almarose manages some of the best Hotels & Resorts in the UK. With a wealth of experience and knowledge of the hotel and resort market, the management platform enhances assets through quality management, refurbishment, redevelopment and re-branding. Almarose creates an exciting guest experience while delivering excellent returns to investors. 

Blackrose is Aprirose’s pub management concept with a portfolio of 41 pubs across the UK. The business has an ambitious growth plan, led by a team of leading hospitality experts. Drawing on traditional pub values of quality, integrity and community, each location is also maximised through a capital investment programme. A strong pipeline of new acquisitions and development opportunities ensures that Blackrose remains an exciting proposition for investors.

Meet Birch...
Aprirose is also a shareholder in the Birch Community brand. Birch looks like a hotel but feels like a festival. Birch is all about bringing people together…It’s a space to switch off and dive in. To explore new things and think fresh thoughts. Located just 30 mins from London. There are currently two Birch Community destinations with a third under development. 

Almarose Hotels & Resorts is the hotel management arm of Aprirose, which was formed following the acquisition of QHotels. Almarose manages some of the best hotels & resorts in the UK. With a wealth of experience and knowledge of the hotel and resort market, Almarose is uniquely positioned to enhance assets through refurbishment, redevelopment and re-branding.

Aprirose is a significant shareholder in the Z Hotels group. Z Hotels offers affordable, compact luxury in the primest of locations. The hotels are primarily located in the centre of London including the heart of Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, on the Strand and in Holborn.

A charitable foundation through which donations are made to deserving charities and projects, mainly in East Africa and principally Kenya.
