Meenal Devani is Aprirose's Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, overseeing the management of the business and for deal origination, selection and execution. Meenal oversees a strong culture of empowerment, focusing on race and ethnicity and gender all facets of diversity – we believe that diversity of backgrounds and thinking, and a culture that promotes the expression of diverse viewpoints, plays a crucial role in delivering strong and consistent investment returns. on the impact of diversity on real estate investing are limited but those in other sectors like VC and private equity demonstrate a significant positive impact. She also sits on the investment committee for St. Catherine’s College, Cambridge, with a significant focus on an ethical investment strategy.

Ying Fahrholz (née Hong) is Investment Director at Aprirose, using her initiative and expertise to drive targeted real estate investments, executing Aprirose's strategy. Ying has spent much of her career championing diversity and continues to do so within Aprirose with the believe that it is critical to success within any business. We are proud to be playing our part in an industry that is becoming increasingly diverse and dynamic.
